Fieldwork and MR support services firm Focus Forward has promoted Rachael Lynn, previously Qual Director, to Vice President.

The firm supports global field teams and researchers with nationwide qualitative recruitment, project management, incentive processing, open-ended coding and a broad range of other field services. In May it rebranded its Transcription business as Wordibly, simultaneously adding a new AI-based technology platform to its existing human-based service.

Lynn (pictured) has spent nearly ten years at Focus Forward, initially as a Senior Project Manager, and is active in the wider MR community as a member of the Insights Association, QRCA and Wire. She served previously on the selection committee for the QRCA Young Professionals Grant, co-sponsored by Focus Forward, and is currently on the Associate Board of Directors of the Marketing Research Education Foundation (MREF).
