In London, CX and insight agency Beehive Research has promoted Charles Ray to Associate Director.
Beehive is a specialist in the premium products and services marketplace, helping clients to understand their customers and prospects across the entire product lifecycle, and measuring customer experience, satisfaction and other feedback.
Ray (pictured) joined the company in the summer of 2021, bringing around a decade of research experience, including the development and management of research programs across methodologies and industries, but with particular knowledge of the publishing sector. Prior to Beehive he was an RE at Stingray Research.
