British research firm Potentia Insight has added three people to its project and data processing teams: Jennifer McPadden as a Senior DP Programmer, and Reece Norbury and Amber Johnson as Project Managers.
McPadden (pictured top) brings more than a decade's experience of MR operations and joins from Face Facts Research where she spent three and a half years as a Senior Programmer, and earlier worked for Millward Brown, Quadrangle and Kokoro Global.
Johnson (pictured middle) also joins from Face Facts, where she spent a year, most recently as an Account Executive, and worked on ad hoc and tracker projects in the UK and internationally. Earlier she worked in a variety of roles in retail.
Norbury (pictured below) joins after a year as a Junior Programmer at Opinium, and before that spent nearly two years at Research Partnership. He brings experience of coordinating internal and external teams based overseas.
Potentia MD and co-founder Suzy Hassan states: 'We are thrilled to announce the addition of Jennifer, Reece and Amber to our team. Their impressive backgrounds and skillset will be a tremendous asset to our company as we continue to expand in 2025, strengthening our operations team to deliver high quality customer service to our clients'.
