Marouane Sanhaji - Panel Manager Y! Maktoob Research
Marouane comes from an IT background with a degree in Management Information Systems from the U.S. with over 6 years of experience in the marketing research industry. He started his market research career in Morocco with a global market research agency for 3 years. Marouane was asked to move to Egypt to handle one of their biggest FMCG accounts. He stayed in that position for about half a year, and went then to Dubai, where he started up their interactive research department about three years ago.
Marouane has a full understanding of the market research industry across the region, as well as a thorough grasp on the internet usage and habits in the Arab World. For Maktoob Research he has launched one of the first fully managed panels in the region and has been able to maintain high quality data collection from the online surveys conducted in the UAE and KSA.
Marouane has extensive experience in database management, panel recruitment and retention, as well as online research norms and best practices.
