Palanivel founded Dexterity in 1999 to provide technology and analytics solutions for Information savvy businesses. Over the years, he built strategies that established the company as a leader in Marketing and Customer Informatics space. Pala brought in thought leaders in the areas of Market Research, Data management and Analytics to build these practices at Dexterity at world class standards. Pala made Dexterity to be among the Best employers in India (2007) and a winner of Smart work places in India (2008), which attracts and retains the best talents. Under his leadership, the company experienced a tremendous growth and was among the ‘Technology Fast 50 India” and “Technology Fast 500 APAC” for three consecutive years. Prior to Dexterity, Palanivel handled assignments with MR Industry leaders like ACNielsen and NMR. He has worked with Dun & Bradstreet Satyam Software, Cognizant Technology Solutions at client facing and solution delivery roles. Palanivel is a Management Post Graduate from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore and an Engineering Graduate from the Government College of Technology (GCT), Coimbatore. In his leisure time, he enjoys golfing, partying and spending time with his family. Besides he enjoys speaking in seminars and having interactive sessions with students in prestigious B-schools like IIM, BIM, and Great Lakes and in various Engineering colleges.
