Senior Hires for Scuba

Intelligence platform Scuba Analytics has appointed Pete Caputo as Chief Customer Officer and Meno Schnapauff as Customer Solution Architect; and says it plans to expand into the EMEA region.

Scuba was founded by the team responsible for building Facebook's analytics platform, and gives customer experience (CX) teams behavioral insights across the range of customer, marketing and product interactions in real time.

Caputo (pictured below) has worked in exec level management roles within the telecoms, media and entertainment industries, most recently in five and a half years at software and solutions company Syniverse where he rose to the title of Chief Information Officer and SVP; and before that in the same roles at Rise Broadband. Earlier he spent fifteen years in VP roles at CenturyLink. In his new job he will drive the global customer solutions strategy for Scuba's core verticals and existing partner ecosystems; and help to manage Scuba's product roadmap and customer advocacy.

Schnapauff (pictured top) brings experience as a solution consultant and architect within the IT industry, having built over 150 data analytics platforms in Europe and the Middle East - most recently for Gemini Data, Inc. in Switzerland. In his new role he will drive and manage technology evaluation throughout the sales process in EMEA, in addition to engaging with prospects and customers to understand their requirements and propose technical solutions.
