Dublin, Ireland-based research agency Behaviour & Attitudes (B&A) has hired former RDSi director Davina O'Donoghue as a full-time Board Director.
Established in 1985, B&A offers a full range of quant and qual methodologies for employee, consumer, B2B and innovation studies, as well as social and political opinion polling services. O'Donoghue (pictured) joins the Board after a 25-year London-based qual research career. Most recently, she served as a Board Director at Ninth Seat (previously RDSi), before which she set up two agencies - Cabaret Research and Evo Research. She began her career at mrbi in Dublin.
At Behaviour & Attitudes, O'Donoghue will work on Irish and global qual, workshops, cultural analysis, innovation projects, strategy, brand and communication research across the FMCG, alcohol, technology, consumer healthcare and sustainability sectors. Her appointment follows that of Deirdre Kelly and Sarah Chapman as Associate Directors, joining from Laya Healthcare and RedC respectively.
Luke Reaper, MD of B&A, comments: 'Davina specialises in qualitative research and workshop design and execution. That said, she has always worked across dual skilled projects and has recently worked increasingly in synergy with big data and online data partners to optimise and streamline segmentation and innovation projects. The growth in strategic projects has been phenomenal and Davina's appointment adds an extra dimension, especially in an international context'.
