In the US, multi-mode healthcare fieldwork company GlocalMind has appointed long-time Dynata exec Tim McCarthy as Senior Vice President, Client Services.
The GlocalMind panel provides access to 1.5 million plus healthcare professionals - physicians, nurses, pharmacists and payors - in more than 50 countries, across over 80 specialties and a wide range of conditions for both quant and qual insights. McCarthy joins after serving as General Manager of MR data quality specialist Imperium. Prior to this he spent six years at Dynata and predecessor companies - initially as VP, Project Manager at MRops, then Client Services Director at SSI / Dynata. Earlier he held senior roles at healthcare research specialists WorldOne (now SERMO), All Global, and WebSurveyResearch (which was part of Ziment, in turn acquired by WPP in 2001).
In his new role, McCarthy will work alongside SVP Paul Evans, who joined last year after roles at M3 Global Research, Research Now and SERMO; and UK-based CEO Matt Brown, whose previous career involved positions at SSI, MRops, and more than eight years at SERMO. Brown comments: 'Tim has an incredible background, and his experience makes him the perfect choice to head up Client Services at GlocalMind and help us deliver best-in-class service'.
