Digital media measurement and verification firm Integral Ad Science (IAS) has appointed former Interpublic exec Tania Secor as Chief Financial Officer, leading the Global Finance Team. She will join on December 5th.
Headquartered in New York, IAS aims to be the global benchmark for trust and transparency in digital media quality for brands, publishers and platforms. Its MRC-approved technology promises to ensure that ads are viewable by real people, in safe and suitable environments. In January, the firm launched what it claimed was the 'first' live media quality measurement for CTV.
Secor (pictured) joins with 25 years of financial leadership experience, including fifteen in CFO and strategic finance roles with public and private companies. Most recently she served as Global CFO of R/GA and Reprise, Interpublic Group's digital innovation and digital media agencies, respectively. Before this she held CFO and other senior finance positions at technology, data, and professional services companies including Medidata Solutions, Dataminr, Gerson Lehrman Group, Bloomberg Digital Media and McGraw-Hill.
In her new role, Secor will take over from Joseph Pergola, who is now CFO at video technology company Connetix. Secor will report directly to CEO Lisa Utzschneider, who comments: 'Tania's financial acumen and hands-on operational experience with innovative technology and digital media companies will be invaluable as we move into the next phase of IAS's growth. On behalf of the executive team and the board of directors, I am delighted to welcome Tania to IAS'.
