In New York, behavioral science insights agency BEESY has announced three appointments including Marie Hollowell as Chief Operating Officer. Luke Wiggins joins as a Senior Research Manager and Paige Shomsky-Barker as Research Operations Manager.
BEESY was set up in the Spring of 2018 by former Ipsos Marketing US CEO Elys Roberts, and has recently added former Ipsos execs David Scowcroft, as Research Principal in Canada; and Pam Vanover, as Director, Research Operations.
Hollowell (pictured top) brings in-depth experience of operational management, engagement strategy and employee cultivation, most recently from nearly four years in Director and VP roles at healthcare research group GLG, and earlier during five years at Zitter health Insights. In her new role she will focus on scaling BEESY's infrastructure alongside a 'rapidly growing' client base. She holds a Master's Degree from Columbia University Teachers College and a Juris Doctorate from the Penn State Dickinson School of Law.
Wiggins (middle) also brings experience from the life sciences, from around two years apiece at Trinity Life Sciences and CBPartners. He has specialized in commercial decision-making along the development pipeline, and holds a bachelor's degree in neuroscience and computer science from Princeton University. His new role includes working with the firm's academic partners to develop new research tools.
Ontario, Canada-based Shomsky-Barker (pictured below) spent four years at CRC Research and then a year as an MR Manager at Perksy. She holds a bachelor's degree in social science from the University of Toronto and a master's degree in Marketing from the Schulich School of Business.
Roberts says of the latest news: 'Our mission at BEESY is to leverage rigorous science to deliver improved commercial outcomes. We do that by better understanding and impacting human decision-making. It is our goal to continue to build on and deliver that mission in both the healthcare and CPG realms, and I'm delighted Marie, Luke, and Paige have joined us to further our cause'.
