The Role
As a Qualitative Research & Strategist , you'll manage end-to-end projects - from brief to delivery - across both strategic and quick-turnaround work. Projects span:
- Brand strategy and innovation
- Packaging and visual identity
- Shopper experience and in-store testing.
Every project is custom and mixed method, giving you the chance to sharpen your qual toolkit (focus groups, workshops, in-depth interviews, shops-a-longs and empathy interviews) and be involved in all aspects of qual projects - writing discussion guides, facilitating fieldwork, insight generation, storytelling and presenting. With the opportunity to work with some amazing FMCG and Retail brands across all categories within the food, drink and shopper sector.
The Essentials:
- 1+ years of qualitative research experience in insight, research or strategy
- Experience running in-depth interviews, workshops and focus groups
- An ability to build connections with consumers and understand the what and why
- Strong writing and storytelling capabilities - and confidence presenting would be super advantageous.
