Job Spec: A leading Market Research fieldwork and data collection provider in Europe is looking for a dynamic individual to join their rapidly growing team as a Senior Sales Manager.

In this role, you will engage in both new business development and account management, with an initial emphasis on acquiring new business. Experience with a Panel / Data collection company is essential to fully understand client needs and offer appropriate solutions, fostering genuine partnerships.

Your main responsibilities will include increasing revenue by attracting new clients - such as MR, PR, and media agencies, or end clients - and maintaining relationships with existing ones. The clients you secure will be under your management, and you will be responsible for their ongoing growth.

The role also involves attending various MR conferences and events. As a natural networker and potentially confident presenter, you may have opportunities to participate in talks in the future, though this is not a requirement.


Requirements include:

• Proven success in sales within the market research industry (panels)
• Extensive network within the market research sector
• Deep understanding of research methods, methodologies, and concepts
• Strong knowledge of digital technologies
• Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken Dutch and English
• A strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
