They seek an enthusiastic graduate or early careers researcher with a relevant degree (psychology, marketing, sociology) and an interest in quantitative research - from designing questionnaires to analysing the results and presenting back to clients.
In a boutique company the ethos is very much one of all 'mucking in'. You will need to share their desire to shake up traditional quant and be part of a small, committed team looking to grow the business. You'll be a curious and organised self-starter, capable of thinking strategically.
