This is a house of experts in both qual and quant. At the moment the growth opportunities for them are in the qual team and are coming from a key relationship with a B2B fintech brand who have an appetite for change and a positioning makeover in the face of some new disruptor players in their space.

They are seen as a genuine partner and the work covers a multitude of areas of interest for the business, covering audience needs, innovation and proposition development from ideas, creation through to launch and comms strategy so we seek a qual director who is first class in this space and is a natural at building relationships and that can demonstrate previous successful client engagements. This client will occupy a significant percentage of your time and is business critical.

To fit in here you do need to be driven and up for it they feel their team are the best people - clever, creative, ambitious, hard-working, fun and lovely. So, they will expect the same of you. As a director you will be running your own projects from proposal to debrief with the support of more junior members of the team, and playing a significant role in a business that do not micromanage and let their talented people make decisions and support them to succeed.
