The Role
As Quant Research Director you will be a senior voice in the business. Offering strategic advice to clients, inspiring juniors, and playing an active role in thought leadership.
You will remain hands on with projects, leading from pitch to presentation including writing winning proposals, leading client relationships, designing approaches, and managing project teams.
Specialising in quantitative methodologies you will work broadly across intellectually challenging projects. You can expect to dig your teeth into social marketing, behaviour change, communications campaign research, strategy, and policy evaluation, often touching on sensitive topics including domestic violence, disability, and mental illness.
About you
A quantitative researcher or heavy quant-leaning dualist, you will be an expert in quant design and analytics and have a sound understanding of qual methods and where they fit within a project. You will be someone who embraces new digital methods and approaches rooted in human centred design and behavioural economics.
As well as being a strong research practitioner you will have commercial gravitas and love building strong lasting relationships with clients. You will be approachable, collaborative, and a strong communicator with passion and positivity.
Experience running primary research projects from pitch to delivery in an agency environment will be essential. Different sector expertise will be considered but you must be excited to work across a juicy mix of industries and projects.
