Research skills

• A hands-on researcher, you will love digging into data and exploring new methodologies.
• A quantitative expert or quant-leaning dualist, you will have extensive experience running both tracking and ad hoc projects from pitch to delivery in a fast-paced agency environment.
• You will have an analytical mindset and be used to being hands on with the tools such as Q, Excel, SPSS.

Team management and leadership

You will be passionate about training and mentoring others and watching them grow.

Client servicing

You will love understanding the what's and whys of human behaviour and get a real buzz out of solving knotty problems for high profile clients.

You will be confident in your ability to spot opportunities to grow business. Becoming a trusted advisor to clients and winning new business off the back of great work as well as new pitches.
