Our client, a leading research agency based in Central London, is known for its innovative approach and impactful insights in the social research sector. The Opportunity

As a Senior Research Manager, you will be spearheading projects and nurturing client relationships, and supporting other members of your team. Your work will influence critical decisions in social policy, public services, and community development. This role demands a balance of creativity, analytical expertise, and robust project management skills.


Key Responsibilities

• Designing and leading complex social research projects
• Developing proposals and developing strong relationships with clients
• Building and maintaining strong client relations
• Analysing data to create meaningful insights and actionable recommendations
• Mentoring junior team members and fostering a culture of excellence
• Staying ahead of trends in social research methodologies and technologies.

What We're Looking For

• You need to have some experience in social research, and come from another Market Research agency in the UK
• Proven track record of managing large-scale research projects
• Expert knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly
• A passion for social change and a commitment to delivering high-quality research
• Must be eligible to work in the London, UK (with a valid working permit/visa).
