This audience insight and strategy agency are specialising in research, evaluation, engagement and strategy projects, giving minority audiences and those that often go unheard a voice, giving organisations the opportunity to hear them.
The Opportunity:
The team are looking for a Head of Impact to develop the team and be instrumental in helping meet the growing demands and targets of the organisation. Working with new and existing clients you will lead social research projects, as well as evaluation and learning projects. This role will involve developing innovative and commercially attractive proposals and pitching for business, advising on best practice research design to deliver against and answer the issues and questions the client has.
Although mixed methods, there is strong lean to qualitative and participant research. You will take responsibility for the growth of the team, ensuring the team exceeds clients' expectations.
About you:
You will be passionate about social research and be excited about enabling seldom-heard voices be at the client table. Any evaluation experience is a plus. You will be a true leader able to inspire and lead from the front. You will have demonstrable business development experience, writing winning proposals. You will also show integrity and empathy with a desire to succeed and want to be part a young and dynamic company that is truly making a difference.
