Job Spec: We are looking for a Quantitative Associate Director to join a fabulous boutique research agency with the BEST clients. Based in a top spot in Central London, they have fun, open plan offices, a great culture and are very collaborative. Their work genuinely gets to the hearts and minds of their consumers. They love what they do and are very good at it!
Working on a brilliant range of predominantly ad hoc research, their clients are about as impressive as they get. This is a consumer quantitative AD role with a lovely client mix spanning FMCG, Retail, Beauty and Fashion clients. They have great relationships with their long standing clients, one of whom once said to us 'we spend far too much with this agency as they are a great team with excellent research skills and we have a lot of fun'.
Their people are their USP. You will be smart, passionate, looking to develop, aspirational, a strong team player and with a 'can-do' attitude. Added to this, you will need to have sound ad hoc quant skills, strong client facing capabilities and a level of experience which enables you to lead from the front in terms of projects, put your stamp on proposals and essentially become a core member of this fun and talented team.
