You are:

• A relationship builder: You are experienced at developing strong, lasting, and trusted relationships with your clients able to solve high-profile commercial problems

• An analytical thinker: You have strong quantitative capabilities, able to simplify large complex data sources and technical skills with SPSS, Q, excel and/or R.
• A leader: You are collaborative, influential, and creditable focused on driving success for clients and mentoring junior members within the team.
• A problem solver: You'll be hands on running both tracking and ad-hoc projects with a focus on CX, employee engagement, branding, segmentation, and innovation.
• A storyteller: You can synthesise complex information and survey data to a creative cohesive presentation that tells a story and brings data to life.
• A rule breaker: You do not take anything at face value. You are always looking for new ways to gather, access, and analyses real-time data and solve problems through new technology, methodologies, and statistical packages/
