Using your research and client service skills, you will run and lead projects across retail and finance sectors and play a major role on client accounts. This will include kick off meetings, project design, QA and delivery of strategic outputs. You will be keen to deliver the emerging stories and bring customer experiences to life for your clients as well as nurturing the juniors in the team.
