About the Role

As a Research Executive, you will be at the heart of the research process, supporting the team from project conception to final client delivery. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in quantitative and qualitative research methodologies while working on diverse projects.


Key Responsibilities:

• Project Support: Assist with research design and project management, including writing questionnaires, coordinating fieldwork, and conducting data analysis.
• Quantitative Focus: Perform hands-on analysis using Q software, create basic charts, and support storytelling and report writing.
• Qualitative Exposure: Gain experience in qualitative research methods and help craft discussion guides and analyse qualitative data.
• Client Interaction: Work with various clients, helping build strong client relationships and understand their unique needs.

What You'll Bring

• 6 months -1 year's experience in a market research agency, with a solid understanding of quantitative research fundamentals.
• Knowledge of basic project management, survey design, and data analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in Q or SPSS software and a willingness to learn new tools and methodologies.
• A desire to level up in Qualitative research skills.
• Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, commercial agency environment.
