Our client is a growing data collection agency in London in a great growth phase and seeking an ambitious Client Development Manager to join and support their growth.

Our client brings superior survey design capabilities to maximise response rates,
take a consultative approach and offer bespoke surveys, community management, interactive dashboards and customer feedback solutions.

They are seeking a sales professional who is also passionate about client management and relationship building. As part of a dynamic team and smaller entity within a larger organization, our client needs someone who is hands-on, proactive and a strong team player.

In this role, you'll take the lead in driving new business opportunities by identifying and engaging with potential clients through social media, email and phone, conferences and other MR events.


Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Sales Director in the running of the department
  • Leading the development of new business leads and growth opportunities
  • Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through social media, email, and phone.

Requirements include:
  • 4+ years' experience from a market research agency / data collection / panel provider within sales and business development
  • Proven experience in selling Full-Service projects
  • Experience working with MR agencies.
