Job Spec: An established research agency client of ours is seeking a skilled Quantitative Research Manager to join their fun, social and very driven team.

This role is ideal for an experienced Senior Research Executive or a junior Research Manager, looking to advance quickly with FMCG and retail experience and who is aiming to expand their expertise in managing high-impact projects.

Our client, with a strong foundation in research methodologies and behavioural economics, emphasizes the use of innovative, choice-based and implicit techniques, that move beyond traditional approaches to provide deeper, actionable insights. They add a twist to 'traditional Market research' and are after someone who is inquisitive, curious and eager to develop.


Responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple accounts, from major international brands to local businesses
  • Nurturing client relationships
  • Maintaining project budgets
  • Mentoring and overseeing junior team members.

Requirements include:
  • 2-3 years' experience from a full service Market Research agency in the UK
  • Competency in Questionnaire design is paramount
  • FMCG and / or Retail experience, as well as a genuine interest in the sector(s)
  • demonstrated experience or exposure in advanced methodologies, like Conjoint and MaxDiff.
