Job Spec: As a Project Manager you will be responsible independently managing global Quant projects including; scheduling, working closely with panel suppliers, accurate and high quality data outputs for research for content, brand and message testing projects.
You will also be responsible for implementing efficiencies, investigating new products & services and leading process developments and improvements within your designated specialist area ( which can be one or more of the following areas - survey software tools/reporting tools/fieldwork management/key service offerings).
You will also help to develop and rollout Operations strategy in line with the company strategic objectives and longer-term strategy & vision.
Key responsibilities and duties include:
- independently managing the project schedules and resources, ensuring all deadlines and standards are achieved
- maintaining standards of work by signing off other team-members' work too
- ensuring all outputs are accurate and high quality, and to share expertise & knowledge across the team
- driving initiatives forward in line with team or company goals.
In order to be considered you need following:
- Experience running international Quantitative projects
- Have experience working in MR agency in the UK
- Able to multi task and run several projects at different stages at the same time
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be able to commute to Newbury office min 1-2 per wk
- Have valid working permit to work in the UK.
