Job Spec: Are you a passionate Qualitative Researcher looking to take the next step in your career?

We're on the hunt for a Research Manager with a strong background in qualitative research, whether gained through a pure qual role or a mixed-methods approach.


What You'll Do:

  • Lead research projects from start to finish, with director-level support.
  • Design, conduct, and report on qualitative market research, including focus groups, in-depth interviews (IDIs), and ethnographic studies.
  • Engage directly with clients, offering valuable insights on investments, pensions, and consumer behavior.
  • Bring diligence, attention to detail, and a hands-on, can-do attitude to a fast-paced, collaborative team.

What We're Looking For:
  • Experienced Qual Researcher - confident in moderating, interviewing, and storytelling.
  • Financial Services experience or a background working with FS clients.
  • Strong client-facing skills - able to build and maintain relationships.
  • Mixed methods experience (qual & quant) is a plus, but not essential.
