Our client is a boutique London-based, market research fieldwork agency with clients across the UK and the US providing high-level mainly qualitative fieldwork services. They are growing at a fast pace and they are now looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join their team!

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager with a strong background in multi-market studies. We're looking for someone who thrives on taking ownership, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring client satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the projects assigned to you, from commissioning to delivery while taking a hands-on approach throughout the process.
• Review project details upon sale, assess screeners for potential issues, and ensure all necessary suppliers are identified
• Oversee the progress of projects for key and strategic accounts, proactively identifying challenges, providing solutions and escalating issues to Directors
• Manage the partners, vendors and external suppliers to ensure that costs remain within budget
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering regular progress updates to relevant teams.

Skills and Experience:

• Have experience working in an MR Agency in the UK
• Proven fieldwork experience managing UK and international Qualitative Projects
• A good understanding of feasibility and bidding processes
• Proven track record in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with keen attention to detail and strong time management
• The ability to adapt to different industries, projects, and research methodologies
• A positive, driven, and agile mindset, with a willingness to learn and contribute effectively.
