Job Spec: This highly successful and respected consultancy seeks an experienced qualitative researcher to join on a maternity cover contract (12-15 months). You are the ideal candidate if you have broad qualitative research skills which include leading on projects for clients in the social/public sector space. The role will suit if you have hands-on agency experience which includes building strong client relationships, managing, guiding and mentoring colleagues, taking the lead on projects and providing quality, actionable insight & advice for clients. As a top notch quallie it goes without saying that you are comfortable moderating focus groups and depth interviews as well as running online communities. You will also be keen to utilise a range of leading-edge approaches and techniques alongside the classics.
There are many opportunities to be exposed to new and exciting innovative approaches, the chance to work on some fascinating studies that reveal the views of how people think, feel, and behave. You should also be as passionate as they are about innovative and bespoke solutions that tackle clients' complex challenges and also have the ability to present 'the story' to senior client audiences.
