The role: Insights Project Manager
This role will see you partnering closely with the business's largest account - a leading financial institution.
You'll lean into your project management, operations, account management, technical, research, and data analysis capabilities as you implement CX and VoC programs to improve customer satisfaction, employee engagement and user experience.
Your days will be a mixture of:
- Client/stakeholder management (you'll be a trusted advisor)
- End-to-end project management
- Scripting surveys and managing CX/VoC programmes
- Dashboard development/ data visualisation
- Scoping and feasibility
- Reporting and insights.
They have an international footprint with offices in Sydney and London; they are a team of 40+ that offer flexible working, great benefits and the opportunity to sit at the interception of technology, data, insights and consulting.
It's essential that you have prior commercial agency experience in online project management, research insights or data analytics and a desire to further your technical capabilities.
Strong technical data skills in Python, HTML, JavaScript and Qualtrics would be highly advantageous.
