Job Spec: Are you an ambitious researcher with a passion for data and a curiosity about people's behaviour?
Working with our client, you will play a vital role in both qualitative and quantitative research projects, engaging with everything from project inception to completion. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious researcher eager to advance in their career in a nurturing, independent company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage both qualitative and quantitative research projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope
- Build strong relationships with clients and understand their needs
- Conduct face-to-face research, including interviews and focus groups
- Analyse both qualitative and quantitative data to uncover insights
- Draft reports and presentations, turning data into actionable insights
- Ensuring high standards are maintained throughout the research process.
About you:
- Previous experience working in a market research agency
- Previous exposure to both quant and qual and eagerness to work on both
- Strong analytical skills and a passion for data
- Critical thinker with ability to think on your feet and 'get your hands dirty'
- Confident communicator, with interest in people and society.
