The work:- Brand Research: Assisting clients in portfolio positioning, communications testing, and new brand development.
- Product Research: Identifying target markets, developing visual identity strategies, and conducting category deep dives.
- Retail Research: Mapping consumer and shopper journeys, exploring occasions and need states, and developing innovation platforms.
Your responsibilities:- Design Research Methodologies: Help craft winning proposals and develop qualitative research strategies and discussion guides that yield actionable insights.
- Lead Fieldwork: Conduct interviews and moderate fieldwork to gather authentic consumer perspectives.
- Deliver Strategic Recommendations: Create presentations and reports that provide clients with strategic guidance.
- Engage Clients: Help lead presentations, facilitate workshops, and assist in action planning to ensure client success.
- Foster Relationships: Build and maintain long-term client partnerships, ensuring collaboration extends beyond individual projects.
Skills needed:- Proven track record of running Qualitative research end-to-end in a consultancy environment.
- Proven moderation skills - groups, depths and ethno.
- A passion for client excellence.
- A team mentality, happy to muck in and go that extra mile to support those around you.
