This successful consultancy works with a prestigious list of global and local clients, providing strategic insight and advice on all aspects of branding and communication: brand development/proposition, brand activation, culture, visual identity, EVP, employee experience. They work with clients to connect their brand and culture, to help them deliver and connect better with their customers and employees.
We are looking for a Senior Strategy Consultant to work on a very wide range of consulting projects to provide strategic insights and recommendations that positively change clients' cultures and drive brand development and growth.
In this role, you will be using your qual, quant or mixed methods research experience (the client is open on the specifics of research background) and merge this with outside sources of inspiration to understand thorny client/business problems, and to develop recommendations and solutions. This role will suit someone who enjoys working on difficult client questions - someone who thinks laterally, annd is plugged into futures and macro global trends.
We need someone who is comfortable owning small projects and who can support the very impressive strategy directors on the larger projects. Someone who builds credible and compelling arguments - consolidating key insights and recommendations into well-structured written and verbal presentations - and who can give a considered point of view and confidently present strategic findings.
You may be working in a research, futures or creative/brand/innovation agency. You will certainly need experience working with clients on strategic brand activation, change and/or culture projects.
As importantly, you will need an upbeat, proactive personality with spirit and drive; we are looking for a self-starter, someone entrepreneurial with a can-do mindset and an eye to quality, who is emotionally intelligent, empathetic, genuine, smart and curious about the world.
