They are looking for either an ambitious Associate Director or Research Director. Equally important is you as a person as well as your qualitative research experience. With a strong brand heritage, exposure to FMCG, retail or tech sectors would be a bonus. As a person, we are looking for someone who is bold, intuitive, has infectious enthusiasm, is passionate about their craft and who wants to join a seriously talented and collaborative team where ideas and news ways of doing things are genuinely encouraged.
This role would be ideal for someone who wants to find a more inspiring home. If you are creatively driven and can already demonstrate sharp thinking (but perhaps wants to develop your strategic nous), this might be just the ticket.
