As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior DP Exec to join our team and play a pivotal role in our growth.
Job Description:
We are looking for someone who is technically competent, but has a desire to learn, and contribute to all aspects of our data processing operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in questionnaire scripting, data analysis, and a strong proficiency in scripting tools such as Askia, Voxco or Qualtric. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key outcomes:
- Responsible for successful project delivery.
- Develop and maintain survey questionnaires.
- Manage the end-to-end data processing workflow, including data cleaning, coding, and tabulation.
- Analysis, data manipulation and editing.
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data collected and processed, maintaining high-quality standards throughout the process.
- Use high level technical expertise in support of projects and initiatives.
- Stay updated on the latest developments in data processing tools and techniques, leveraging new technologies to improve outcomes.

Requirements:
- Experience in questionnaire scripting and data processing within a market research or fieldwork agency.
- Proficiency in script and analysis tools such as Askia is essential, with experience in other tools being a plus.
- Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data sets.
- Inquisitive, collaborative and detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to take on new challenges and drive process improvements.
- Passion for market research and a desire to play a key role in the growth of the company.
