They seek a super smart and creative quant Associate Director who has forged their understanding of effective and agile insight generation in a research led business. You should also have a passion for and be excited by the way companies allow access to their own data and the powerful way that can augment and build insight. Therefore, you are likely to be strong with analysis technique as well as ad hoc design. You will be keen on building solid and close relationships with clients becoming a trusted advisor that enables you to develop and grow accounts.
You will work alongside some of the sharpest minds in the brands marketing, strategy and insights industry. As part of a group they are also working closely with sister companies who have expertise in data, AI and design allowing you to lever up your skills, knowledge, affording you the chance to become a genuinely strategic and creative consultant.
You will be responsible for leading and delivering complex and strategic quant engagements. Integrating insight into the consultancies wider strategic approach, ensuring the voice of the consumer drives strategy across a range of brand, experience and innovation challenges.
As an AD you will champion best practice quant with clients and across the team as well as your fellow consultants. You will be able to evangelise the merits of quant and be a spokesperson for its power in brands marketing decision making.
