Job Spec: Grounded in empathy and deep human understanding, this global insights consultancy helps businesses genuinely get closer to people.

B-Corp accredited, they balance profit with purpose and firmly believe there is no value in insights if they don't reflect the genuine needs of people and culture.

With offices in all corners of the world, they help leading social and commercial brands cut through quantity consumer behaviour, delivering tangible and actionable insights that drive positive change, create experiences, and build brands people love.

Multidisciplinary in their thinking, they draw upon qualitative and quantitative market research, advanced analytics, AI, and tailored consulting - always looking for new ways to problem-solve.

The Role: Research Director

With a seat at the ELT, you'll play an influential role in shaping the future growth and success plans of the Australian division, winning new business, thought leadership, and deepening client partnerships as you tackle highly strategic ad hoc projects.

Commercially minded, you'll be well-connected, know how to network, and spot opportunities for winning new business, all whilst remaining on top of quantitative tools.

As a senior quantitative researcher, you'll be equally confident managing all elements of the research cycle - from writing winning proposals to designing research, integrating data (Q), finding insights that drive change, and delivering recommendations to C-suite executives.

Elevating the team's offering, you'll work in close collaboration with clients and partners across a variety of ad-hoc and tracking projects - brand strategy, brand positioning, journey mapping, segmentation, cultural insights, empathy, and new product development.

We're looking for senior thinkers who measure success not by quick wins, but by the meaningful impact they help clients achieve.

The Essentials:

The ideal candidate will have approximately 10+ years of commercial agency experience within a quantitative capacity, with a proven track record of growing business, team management, and being seen as a trusted partner to clients and colleagues.

Globally recognised and locally rooted, they offer the benefits of a boutique with the reputation, tech, tools, and top-tier client partnerships from being part of a global brand and insights network. The opportunity to stretch your intellectual curiosity, lead high-profile, big-picture projects, and make a difference are endless here!
