What's the Role About?

As a Research Manager, you will play a key role in managing both qualitative and quantitative research projects. This position is perfect for those looking to grow their career while working on a variety of exciting and strategic projects.

We're looking for researchers, strategists and insights professionals with prior commercial agency experience who are curious and genuinely love problem-solving.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Research Projects: Manage research projects from start to finish, including developing proposals, analysing data, generating insights, and presenting findings to clients.
  • Collaborate with Experts: Work alongside senior team members to ensure high-quality research outcomes and actionable recommendations.
  • Work on Diverse Projects: Strategic ad hoc and tracking projects related to reputation management, brand strategy, customer experience, and more across various sectors, such as technology, retail, education, FMCG, fashion, finance, and services.
  • Engage Regionally: Connect with clients and colleagues across the APAC region, including Singapore, Japan, China, India, and Korea, with potential opportunities for travel.
