Since opening in 2023, the Melbourne division of this National agency (with offices on the West and East Coast) has achieved remarkable growth and is now looking for a Quantitative Senior Consultant or an up-and-coming Associate Director to join them.


About You:

We're seeking curious Quantitative Researchers who thrive with the pace of agency life, enjoy solving complex problems, and use qualitative and quantitative research to uncover the why.


Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Manage diverse ad hoc and tracking projects from start to finish, including innovation, brand strategy, behaviour change, concept development, policy evaluation, and customer experience.
• Research Management: Be hands-on with questionnaire design, project management, analysis, reporting, and delivering client presentations.
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial brands, social enterprises, government departments, and charities.
• Mentorship: Inspire and guide junior team members, enhancing their quant skills.
• Insight Generation: Deliver actionable insights and compelling reports.

Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years of quantitative market research agency experience
• Proven ability to lead projects end-to-end
• Proficiency in SPSS/Q
• Skilled in building and growing client partnerships
• Collaborative and innovative mindset.
