They are currently seeking a Research Consultant who understands the value of client relationships. In this role, you'll lead market research projects, build these crucial relationships, and provide strategic insights for a major financial services client!

In this role, you'll handle a range of ad hoc and tracking projects, support financial institutions with ongoing programs, enhance customer experiences, and analyse competitive landscapes. You'll also dive into large datasets to deliver actionable insights on behaviour change, trust, segmentation, customer experience, NPD and NPS.

Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial quantitative research or consulting.
• Proven ability to manage projects from pitch to delivery.
• Strong technical skills with SPSS/Q.
• Excellent presentation and client servicing capabilities.
• Ability to deliver impactful insights and recommendations.
• Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
