Job Spec: A great opportunity has arisen with an up and coming MR specialist as they are seeking an ambitious Sales Manager to join and support their continued growth.

Our client takes a consultative approach and offers bespoke surveys, community management, interactive dashboards, and customer feedback solutions. They are seeking a sales professional who is also passionate about client management and relationship building. As part of a dynamic team and smaller entity within a larger organization, our client needs someone who is hands-on, proactive and a strong team player.

In this role, you'll take the lead in driving new business opportunities by identifying and engaging with potential clients through social media, email and phone, as well as arranging meetings with the Sales Director.


Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Sales Director with third-party quotes.
  • Managing and mentoring two junior sales team members.
  • Leading the development of new business leads and growth opportunities.
  • Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through social media, email, and phone.

Requirements include:
  • 3-5 years' experience from a market research agency / data collection / panel provider within sales and business development
  • Proven experience in selling and upselling sample-only, research, and field and tab services.
  • Experience working with clients such as consultancies and market research agencies.
