Job Spec: This role sits with a dynamic, innovative and growing agency who transform unstructured data into insights which allow their clients to be successful. They have created proprietary tools which has allowed them to develop a suite of products and services which can be applied across a wide range of sectors. Ranging from gaming and technology to healthcare they explore the customer journey to allow for effective VOC analysis. As well as providing a self serve/ DIY solution they also have an ad hoc custom research product which all clients can access.
This role is critical in the growth of the business, you will work with the CRO mapping markets, generating leads and working with marketing to start to build out relationships. You will work with client teams to understand the market, to identify the gaps and to help build new relationships. This role is to support the CRO so core skills will be ability to network, desk research, building market knowledge and initiating contact but will stop at sales.
