Job Spec: Our client is a global communications agency who work to change behaviour in fragile and conflict states. This business has grown and grown over the last 15 years and are recognised as a leading agency in this sector. Clients are international and include governments, NGO's and foundations. The key focus for this particular team is in providing research for campaigns countering malign influences, including countering violent extremism (CVE), using multimedia messaging campaigns. As an agency they are very focussed on providing a positive work culture in terms of diversity and learning.
Whats the Opportunity?
We are looking for a Research Manager to implement evaluation strategies using both qualitative & quantitative research as well as using other data sources. You should be an experienced Research Manager - confident in designing surveys , managing projects and analysing and preparing reports and presentations. Ability to analyse quantitative data is key as you will be part of a team who are analysing datasets to produce a range of reports depending on client requirements. You will also be expected to present results both to internal stakeholders and external clients.
This position focuses on the Middle East so an interest and experience in this region will be very relevant. Arabic language skills are also important. You should have a keen interest in current affairs particularly in relation to current global conflicts and be able to demonstrate this at interview. You will be working with a strong team of analysts and researchers and as part of a wider supportive organisation.
