Job Spec: Our client is a boutique and established Fieldwork Agency that collaborates with top insight consultancies across a variety of sectors.
They are looking for an experienced and driven individual to lead and manage a small quantitative Operations Team of 3 while expanding their data collection services.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a solid quantitative Project Management background, team management experience, and a passion for data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prior experience working in a primary Market Research Fieldwork or Data Collection Agency in the UK
- Lead and manage a small team
- Oversee the quantitative data collection processes and implement operational improvements
- Manage the full data processing workflow, including project budgeting and planning
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule by effectively managing timelines
- Deliver projects within budget and in line with client specifications
- Maintain strong client communication and build long-term relationships.
