Role Overview

• Client Portfolio Management: Proactively manage and strengthen relationships with major FMCG brands and retailers.
• Account Growth: Spot opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell within existing accounts. No cold sales; this is a commercial client service role with uncapped commissions.
• Team Leadership: Develop and mentor 3 Account Managers.
• Industry Networking: Leverage connections, share insights, and expand your reach in FMCG and retail.
• Creative Solutions: Develop tailored business solutions for clients.
• CPG Knowledge: Stay updated on trends in FMCG and retail.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in strategic client management.
• Background in data strategy, market research, or business intelligence.
• Fluent in 'data' or 'FMCG' language with a passion for client success.
• Commercial acumen with a record of growing client revenue.
• Driven and motivated for professional growth.
