Our client is one of Europe's leading providers of Market Research Services and Customer Engagement and Loyalty Solutions. They serve some of Europe's largest brands and research agencies, placing data at the heart of their strategy. They are expanding healthily and introducing new research technologies in both Quantitative & Qualitative spaces.
The Opportunity:
They are looking for an experienced Sales Director to join their team. As a Sales Director, you will dedicate 25% of your time to new business development, 25% to Team Management. You will be selling proprietary panels and research services, exceeding targets, presenting to clients and prospects, attending market research events, and staying informed on industry developments. The remaining 50% will focus on account management, handling client requests, preparing proposals, coordinating with Project Managers for timely delivery, upselling, growing existing client revenues, and presenting new products and panels to your client portfolio.
About You:
You should have a great network and a history of proven success. Team leader experience and experience with selling research and multi-country studies is a must. Your motivation and drive will help you achieve your targets while also being an effective team leader. This role requires frequent client interaction and team training, making excellent communication skills essential. You must be able to manage multiple priorities and stay composed under pressure.
