Job Description
To further improve the high service levels offered to our rapidly increasing international client base, we are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Technical Support Engineer to strengthen our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. We offer varied tasks and development possibilities in our inspiring environment. You will be an important member of our international team and will be challenged with various assignments within advanced problem-solving, consultancy assistance, project management and training.
Your role will require and challenge you to:- Resolve complex support requests in close cooperation with Confirmit users worldwide, Forsta's development teams and Forsta Cloud Operations team
- Provide guidance to internal departments (Sales, Services, Product Management, etc.)
- Develop and implement data collection and reporting solutions
- Other tasks will be considered depending on your wishes and ambitions, and could for example include providing assistance in sales processes (pre-sales), training etc.
Qualifications- IT educational background
- Experience in programming and a sound understanding of how web-based solutions are built
- Good knowledge and experience of front-end technologies (primarily JavaScript, HTML and CSS)
- Good knowledge of relational databases (MS SQL) and server side Jscript/JavaScript
- Knowledge and some experience with Web APIs and integration between web applications (SOAP and REST)
- Knowledge of Python Programming is a plus
- Knowledge of SSO (OIDC og SAML2) is a plus
- Knowledge of libraries such as YUI and jQuery would be an advantage
- Proven analytical skills; you enjoy 'figuring out' things
- Your ambition is not solely in the pure software developer role but rather in client interaction
- Structured and independent work style
- Ability to communicate technical issues in a clear manner
- Strong work ethic
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
