We are looking for a talented Product Manager to join Toluna's Product management team in Timisoara, to support our customer insights platform for internal and external users . As a Product Manager you should be able to gather market requirements, be able to do wireframe development, author product requirement documents (PRDs), explain product updates and changes to internal teams and other stakeholders.

Your main tasks will be to:

• Proactively work with all stakeholders to build the roadmap to drive the execution of our solutions strategy
• Author product requirement document (PRDs)
• Wireframe development; work with the Design team on mock ups and best in class UI/UX
• Carry out product review, coordinate user acceptance testing, train the trainers
• Contribute to the definition and tracking of success metrics
• Work closely with Product Marketing to coordinate GTM strategy and actions
• Work with support escalation team to identify advanced client problems and advising on the solution;
• Participate in finding and troubleshooting faults and identify process improvements;
• Prioritize tasks and help coordinate the team's efforts, that includes discussions with stakeholders on one hand, and with engineers/testers and graphics designers on the other hand;

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years of Product Management experience
• Expertise in agile development software methodologies
• UI/UX experience including functional requirements gathering, user analysis, and usability testing.
• Experience authoring PRDs for software
• Exceptional written, verbal communications and presentation skills in English

Preferred Skills:

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage different groups
• Attention to detail, while having comfort with ambiguity
• Experience and/or strong desire to work in a fast moving environment
