We are seeking a dynamic, innovative, and passionate Team Lead Data Analysis to join the Data quality team. This role is critical to defending our platform from fraudulent activity tainting the data we deliver to clients.

An ideal candidate will be a seasoned data analyst that has a strong grasp understanding of how to query and manipulate data. We are a fast-moving organization, and the ideal candidate should be a self-starter capable of juggling many challenging priorities and quickly adapting to changes in the market.

• Manage a team of analysts to deliver quality insights
• Analyze Client's data to provide insights into behavioral patterns and data quality inquiries
• Work with client facing teams to understand the source of the issues and implement best practices to address the issues proactively
• Monitor data quality across different technologies to drive insights into the root cause and analyze the risk
• Monitor the KPIs related to data quality and make recommendations to improve them
• Comfortable in writing SQL queries to identify and flag data incoherencies
• Model and simulate potential data quality issues for product development
• Partner on updating and maintaining our data quality policies

• 5+ years of data analysis experience
• Intermediate excel - 2-3 years of experience
• 2-3+ years of SQL experience
• 3+ years of Management experience
• Ability to manage multiple different tasks and prioritizing them
• Experience in analyzing large data sets and creating anomaly detection models
• Work well in diverse teams

• Data visualization tool experience (Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik)
• 2+ years of Python experience
