As aCustomer Success Manager, you will be the central interface between your customer and internal representatives from various disciplines once a project has been handed over. You mediate between your customer's interests and internal processes and ensure a smooth customer relationship.

Your role will require and challenge you to:
  • Develop and strengthen a trusting, healthy business relationship to meet customer needs and identify potential business risks early on
  • Support customers in the onboarding process and in the daily handling of the products and services used by providing product and operational services, training and customer support
  • Mediate between customer requests and internal contacts in sales, technical support, service or product management
  • Improve and deliver customer training via webinars and phone/video conferencing
  • Perform analysis and evaluation of the products and services used by the customer and provision of the information for the sales department
  • Identify customer potential and suggestion of a value-adding solution
  • Promote customer loyalty through timely customer contact for license renewal
  • Work closely with sales, product, and account managers, as well as technical support and service.

Qualifications
  • Several years of experience at customer interfaces as a customer success manager, in service, customer advisory, consulting or technical support in the service and/or software environment
  • Experience in working with market research agencies and market research departments of industrial companies
  • Demonstrated interest and proficiency in technology. Ability to learn new technology is key
  • Good project management skills
  • High professional, social and emotional competence as well as a strong customer orientation
  • You are a strong and proactive communicator who approaches challenges collaboratively and with a focus on solving problems in the short, medium, and long-term
  • Resourcefulness, optimism, and resilience.
