QRCA is the best conference in our industry to develop relationships and simply have a great time while learning. Philadelphia in 2025 is no different.

It’s time to attract the entire qualitative industry to the QRCA Annual Conference, the best qualitative research conference. Sharing ideas and resources, and learning in a fun environment works for everyone in our industry. This conference will encourage participation through programming and speaker choices. Our objective is to grow the audience while maintaining the same community feel and opportunity for growth. Suppliers, recruiters, platform providers, focus group facilities, and all the other services that provide the tools and support we need to be successful will find value and content at the 2025 QRCA Annual Conference, as well as those who are presenting their findings and providing the opportunities to showcase their skills.

We tend to focus a lot of attention on our more established consultant participants. Now, let’s also engage new attendees and students of our craft. For younger quallies, our 2025 conference will have programming that meets their needs and enhances their skill set and knowledge.

It’s been a while since the annual gathering was in the Northeastern United States, and it's all happening February 11-14, 2025, in Philadelphia, PA. The 2025 QRCA Conference brings this classic back with a funky and fun upswing in the city of brotherly LOVE. Please join us for a little of that Philadelphia feeling!
